About Debra O'Shea

A proud native Oregonian, I have called Central Oregon home for the past nineteen years. Born and raised in Portland, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon. My deep roots in the state and extensive knowledge of the region uniquely position me to serve my real estate clients with insight and care.

Before transitioning to real estate, I built a successful career in convention center management and worked as an Event Director for several high-profile community events. That experience helped me develop a strong professional network and a deep understanding of Central Oregon’s diverse communities - insight that I bring to every client interaction. I’m committed to delivering exceptional service and sharing my local expertise.

Giving back to the community is something I’m passionate about. Over the years, I’ve volunteered in a variety of roles, including serving on the Central Oregon Realtors Association Government Affairs Committee and the South County Habitat for Humanity Family Services Committee. I continue to support local causes through my involvement with the Tetherow Golf Club Breast Cancer Tournament and currently serve as Secretary of the Widgi Creek Women’s Golf Association.

When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll often find me on the golf course, training for marathons, traveling the world with my husband, or exploring local trails with our two dogs, Daisy and Dempsey.
