Stars
Have you ever looked up at the sky and seen so many stars and so many constellations that you had to stop in your tracks to take in the sight? On a clear night any time of the year, the sky in Sunriver is breathtaking. The Oregon Observatory offers education and a remarkable way to view the night sky. It's located in the heart of Sunriver with the largest collection of telescopes for public viewing in North America.
Me Time
The best place for me time is at Sage Springs Club & Spa. Sage Springs can help you get your relaxation on with a selection of pampering massages, manicures, pedicures, hair care, and makeup artists. It also offers a state-of-the-art fitness facility with cardio machines, weights, classes, an indoor lap pool, and indoor tennis courts.
Biking
Beyond the 40-plus miles of paved bike paths, you can access many more miles of mountain biking trails. So whether you like a mellow cruiser ride or an adventuresome ride on the dirt, you will find your pedaling pleasure here.
Sunriver Airport
Sunriver has a private airport. A neighborhood set close by the airport features homes with hangars so you can park your private plane in well your garage!
Food
Ready to splurge on some amazing food? The award-winning chefs at Sunriver Resort's Carson's American Kitchen do not disappoint. The restaurant is open to the public every day of the year. You can't miss the Brussels sprouts.
Playtime
If I were a kid again, this is the place I would want to grow up. It's the type of place where a kid can use his or her imagination, get outside, and play.
Golf
Three words: World-Class-Golf. With Meadows Golf Course and Woodlands Golf Course, the public can play the same holes as the pros. Crosswater Golf Course is a private club with a challenging course and some of the most spectacular views in Bend and Central Oregon. Be sure to keep your eye out for the eagle's nest at the 11th hole.
We could go on and on, but maybe you can check it out for yourself and discover all the things you love most about Sunriver!
